Debbie Finkle

It was as a trainer and the sole recruiter for Johnson and Johnson pharmaceuticals in the state of Florida, that Debbie honed her skills at interviewing. It is a talent that has been instrumental in helping her choose only the most qualified candidates for Class Act Nannies - a premier nanny agency in Miami.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Debbie taught high school English for two years before joining Johnson & Johnson, where she worked for 8 years. Debbie recently served as Vice President of Programming at Bet Shira Congregation and currently sits on the Board of Directors. When not helping other families, she supports her children's love of drama, soccer, art, and chorus.

Married 13 years, Debbie and her husband, Danny, a commercial real estate executive, live in Pinecrest with a nine year old daughter, Kyla, six year old son, Jordan, and boston terrier, Lucy. The youngest of three, she was born and raised in Smithtown, New York where she lived with her parents, Norma and Lee, and brother and sister, David and Michelle.

Jennifer Medwin

Jennifer truly understands the importance of helping others. She donates her time to the Community Partnership For The Homeless, recently finished her term as chairwoman of the Young Philanthropists for Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center (YPS), and serves on the Temple Beth Am School Board. All in addition to her work with Class Act Nannies.

Born and raised in New York City, Jennifer moved to Miami in 1994 where she obtained her Master of Science in Elementary Education. She spent the next seven years teaching at Temple Beth Am Day School. Even after leaving teaching to start her own family, her love of children kept her working as an elementary school tutor and helped inspire her to start Class Act Nannies, a leading nanny agency in Miami, with Debbie Finkle in 2007.

Married for 14 years, Jennifer and her husband Steve, a Miami-based commercial real estate executive, their nine-year old daughter, Jessica, six-year old son, Scott, and dogs, Bailey and Lola, live in the Pinecrest section of Miami.
